AIME’s promise is to deliver both new and return trade visitors and quality Hosted Buyers every year. This is done through AIME’s 12 month international and fully integrated marketing campaign comprising trade advertising, public relations, direct mail, email, internet, telemarketing, local radio and press advertising and promotion at industry events throughout the world.

Reed Travel Exhibitions (RTE) also works closely with a number of media partners and industry associations to maximise our advertising, editorial spread and frequency in print and online publications.

The AIME 2009 Marketing Campaign will include:

• Direct mail campaign to over 30,000 perspective visitors and over 40,000 inserts in targeted trade publications
• Email - targeted campaigns utilising industry databases and RTE's global communication network.
• Telemarketing of key target markets.
• Print advertising in trade journals across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe, South Africa & Middle East and in local consumer press.
• Public relations - more than 70 media releases and articles will be distributed to our global media list and key contacts.
• Website and online promotions.

At AIME we bring the media to you. Our AIME Media Office encourages journalists to attend AIME by providing news, media releases, product releases, news conferences and computer facilities so they can work onsite at AIME.
