Decide on the size of your stand (sqm)

Decide whether you wish to participate in the PSA program. PSAs are strictly limited in number.

Decide whether you require space only, shell scheme or furniture package. Please refer to exhibiting options.

Refer to the floorplan and decide which section of the floorplan you would prefer. You must provide three preferences. Final stand allocation is based on space requested by all exhibitors. If two companies request the same stand number, then the company requesting the larger amount of space is given priority on that particular stand or the company who submits the online application form first.

Once space is allotted you will be sent confirmation of your stand number with a tax invoice requesting a 50% deposit. To confirm the space requested RTE must receive your signed contract and the 50% deposit by the due date. We reserve the right to release provisional space being held after this time if the deposit is not received.
Once your stand is confirmed you will receive an email that contains your personalised reference number and access code to log into the Exhibitor Zone on the AIME website. You will continue to receive information from the AIME office, including your Exhibitor and Marketing Manuals, which will assist in your preparation for the event
