The PSA Program is specifically designed to facilitate contact between exhibitors and hosted buyers during AIME.
As a VIP hosted buyer you will have your own personalised schedule of pre-matched appointments with exhibitors of your choice. Prior to your arrival, you will have the opportunity to view the list of exhibitors and select those in order of preference that you would like to meet with.
Fully hosted buyers are required to attend a minimum of 22 appointments over the two days of the show, whilst Semi hosted buyers attend 8 appointments per day and they can attend the show for either one or two days dependant on the number appointments attended.
We will also be continuing with the Two-Way Online Diary system to help buyers confirm and book additional appointments with exhibitors. This system gives you the flexibility to manage your schedule.
Aime Two-Way Online Diary
Reed Travel Exhibitions introduced the Two-Way Online Diary system in 2008. This system enables buyers and exhibitors to view and manage their own PSA appointments via the internet, prior to the commencement of AIME.
In 2010 the two online diary system helped key industry buyers and AIME exhibitors in making over 15,000 appointments which took place during the two days at AIME.
