important information for students:

We are happy for students of travel, tourism and events to attend AIME 2010 as they are the future of the industry. However, AIME is a Business to Business event and we have certain rules and regulations regarding visiting students. You must adhere to the following conditions if you choose to attend:

• A student ID card or letter must be presented to the information desk to gain entry.

• All students must be over the age of 18.

• Students may only attend after 3.00pm on either day

• All students must be in smart business attire. Strictly NO UNIFORMS or casual wear are to be worn.

• We are limiting all student visits to a max group size of 3 students.

• Students are not to take literature and/or promotional goods from any stands.

The organiser reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to non-approved persons.

To attend as a student you will need to register.

On completion of registration you will be sent an e ticket. Please PRINT A COPY and bring it with you to the event along with your student ID card in order to gain entry.
