AIME Announces Pre-Eminent Knowledge Program

Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event 2019 has completely overhauled all aspects of the event, with new strategies focusing on a positive return on investment for buyers and exhibitors alike.

“AIME 2019 has been curated to focus on the individual journey of all attendees. We’ve reviewed and assessed every aspect of AIME to ensure that buyers and exhibitors can measure a positive return on investment while also upskilling their personal development”, says Event Director Jay Martens.

AIME has invested in providing more opportunities to build connections through the event’s dynamic networking program. In a first, all exhibitors and buyers will be given access to the pre-eminent Knowledge Program; creating more moments for shared experiences.

AIME’s Knowledge Program, Melbourne Edge, sponsored by the Melbourne Convention Bureau, will provide comprehensive ideas sharing and inspiring content developed by the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA), International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA), Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE), and Meetings & Events Australia (MEA).

PCMA’s full day inclusive program for the Monday will ensure participants have a connected learning journey focused on a number of topics, including thought-provoking plenary talks designed to challenge thinking, intensive skill based workshops with AIMEs first Hackathon and collaborative case study based workshops.

ICCA will also deliver their Business Exchange across two hours where ICCA members can share knowledge and exchange valuable business insights.

SITE will also be on board to provide content specific to the incentives and travel market, presenting an interactive panel session. The session will give insight into trends of the incentives market to ensure attendees are across the latest issues driving this sector forward.

MEA will deliver a two-day event management workshop program taken directly from their Diploma of Event Management.  The workshop will be open to current students of the diploma course and also offered to the broader AIME community as a unique opportunity to attend all, or part, of the workshop.

Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s session will be held at AIME’s ‘Ideas Academy’ on the show floor and will include a variety of dynamic experiences and live panels yet to be announced.
