At AIME 2025, we expect to host 600 buyers from around the world and welcome 3,500 visitors across various industry sectors including:

Professional Conference Organisers (PCOs)
Event management agencies
Corporate in-house planners
Association planners – national and international
Incentive agencies
Government event planners
Educational institution event planners
EAs and PAs with an event management focus

BUYER CATEGORIES

Buyers fall into one of four categories:

Fully-hosted buyers
Semi-hosted buyers
Hosted day buyers
Visitor buyers

APPLICATIONS FOR AIME’s 2025 HOSTED BUYER PROGRAM WILL OPEN MID 2024.

Fully-Hosted Buyers

Hosted buyers who commit to completing 32 x 15-minute PSAs with exhibitors receive complimentary flights, transfers, accommodation, access to the showfloor, a ticket to the Knowledge Program and Welcome Event as well as invites to exclusive buyer-only events.

Semi-Hosted Buyers

Semi-hosted buyers commit to completing 20 x 15-minute PSAs with exhibitors and in return receive complimentary accommodation, access to the showfloor, access to the Hosted Buyer Lounge, a ticket to the Knowledge Program and Welcome Event as well as invites to exclusive buyer-only events.

Flights and transfers are not provided for semi-hosted buyers

Hosted Day Buyers

Hosted day buyers attend AIME on Wednesday, 12 February and commit to completing 10 x 15-minute PSAs with exhibitors of their preference, whilst enjoying VIP access to the showfloor, Hosted Buyer Lounge and VIP events.

Visitor Buyers

Buyers who don’t qualify or are unable to participate in the Hosted Buyer Program can attend AIME as a visitor buyer. Visitor buyers do not have any PSAs but are welcome to connect with exhibitors on the showfloor and upgrade their ticket to attend the Knowledge Program and Welcome Event.
