Behind every extraordinary incentive or business event is more than a brief or a contract, it’s a partnership. Yet too often, buyer–supplier relationships are reduced to transactional processes, where lowest cost wins and creativity is left on the table. This session, led by SITE Australia & New Zealand, challenges delegates to rethink how we work together by moving beyond quotes and RFPs toward meaningful collaboration.

Through practical examples, audience dialogue, and real-world insights, we’ll explore how shifting from “transactional” to “partnership” strengthens communication, reduces misalignment, and creates space for innovation. Delegates will learn how to unlock richer experiences by co-creating with suppliers, ensuring programs deliver not just on budget, but on impact and purpose.
