Space Only Stand Design Form

If you are a space only exhibitor, you are required to upload your stand design for venue approval, and provide details of your stand builder.

Your stand design must abide by these regulations and include the following information:

• Design includes exact dimensions, aerial & plan views including height, floor height & ramping gradient
• Any flooring, steps and ramps included in the stand design comply with National construction code standards
• Walls are 2.4m high, approval required if higher
• Stand design includes locations of smoke alarms & fire extinguisher for any stands with a ceiling
• The structure of the stand and contents sit within the contracted space
• Adjoining walls are devoid of any branding overlooking neighbouring stand
• Designs must include flooring (i.e., carpet, raised flooring)
