Andy Sharpe founded SongDivision in 2003. A native Australian, Andy joined a band in his teens, performing in and around Sydney. Sealing a record deal with AC/DC's label, his band spent several years recording and touring in the UK. Andy returned to Australia, joining IBM's Global Financing division where he built solid business acumen, earning an MBA along the way. Still active as a professional songwriter during this time, he worked with leading Australian artists and on global advertising campaigns. After being asked to oversee songwriting workshops for indigenous teenagers by Yothu Yindi - Australia's preeminent indigenous band, Andy knew there was a bigger place for music at events and founded SongDivision. He leads a team of world-class musicians and facilitators, working with leading companies and associations in over 30 countries to communicate key messages and strengthen corporate culture through music.
