Dr Debra Panipucci is a Future Workplace Strategist and Partner at AI Adaptive. She specialises in helping Executives, Managers and Professionals shape their workplace culture, skills and human architecture to be ready for a workplace integrated with AI (Artificial Intelligence). 
 
Her insightful, analytical style provides clients with greater clarity, support and practical advice on what to do right now to unlock the potential of their business (both the human potential and potential for AI to disrupt and uplift performance).
 
Debra has completed a Ph.D. on difficult decisions and has presented on a range of topics (culture, leadership, and change management) to audiences in the Superannuation, Accounting, Technology and Start-up industries. She runs a webinar series and is cohost of a successful business Podcast called “Humans and AI in the workplace”. She is also a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and certified as an Executive coach, she coaches a small group of leaders in improving workplace dynamics to be future fit.
