As a certified Positive Psychology Practitioner, he adeptly infuses a resilient "possibility" mindset into high-performing team experiences. Recently, El collaborated with The School of Positive Psychology to craft intellectual team-building experiences for corporations.

His fervour for business events shines through his involvement on the global and ANZ chapter boards of SITE (Society for Incentive Travel Excellence) and his dedication as a volunteer facilitator for PCMA APAC labs. Additionally, he spearheads content curation for the AIME (Asia Pacific Incentives & Meetings Event) Knowledge Program in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
