Emma has been involved in the Events Management industry for over 17 years with proven successful outcomes in managing staff and suppliers. Emma has personally managed some of Australia’s largest and most prestigious conferences; winning Event of the Year on six separate occasions for events under her Directorship.

Emma has been contracted to Federal and State Governments, the United Nations Department of Public Information, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and a number of the world’s leading Associations during her career. 

Emma drives the strategic direction of the organisation, building the reputation and legacy of ICMS Australasia.
