Felicity Zadro founded ZADRO in 2007, inspired to support companies through excellent communications.

ZADRO is a branding and communications agency, that specialises in business events and associations. They have worked with over 500 companies and 70 associations and are specialists in stakeholder dialogue and developing two-way streams of communication for organisations.

Felicity often leads Zadro’s client strategies and has ghost written millions of words for clients.

ZADRO have worked on more than 200 conferences, exhibitions, and events all around Australia. They have worked to name, brand, PR, market, grow and communicate these events to diverse audiences. 

Felicity is a social scientist and communications professional and holds the GAICD accreditation. 

Felicity served as a board member of EEAA for three and a half years over COVID and has been personally involved in the unification of our industry associations which has resulted in ABEA. She was named the 2019 Unsung Hero by the Exhibition and Event Association of Australasia, recognising her contribution to the industry.
