I have a Post Graduate Cert in the Foundations of Neuroleadership and I use the latest thinking from the social sciences to help deliver targeted outcomes for clients.  I have worked on organisational culture change transformation in a wide range of industries as well as helping leaders build their independence and resilience as effective change leaders. I also run webinar series and I'm cohost of a successful business Podcast called “Humans and AI in the workplace”.  As an accredited Executive Coach and Brain-Based Coach I also coach a small group of leaders in improving workplace dynamics.
