She’s spent the last 20+years fostering impactful connections in training, sales coaching, events and speaking careers, within the advertising, financial & tech industries. She led Tech events around the world for AWS, for over 20,000 attendees, was the Head of Attendee Experience of Sales Kickoffs, virtual and in person, for an audience totalling 50,000 and created the Speaker Program at Amazon Ads, which focussed on harnessing the collective power of global voice to represent the brands. She was also one of the first accredited EI trainers at Amazon, and created the EQ mentor program. To date, Stephanie has delivered EI training through keynote engagements, panels, moderation and workshops to over 19,000 globally. Today, she runs her own company, speakerstephspeak.
