A little more than breaking bread

Spotted. The AIME Insider can reveal that the team at Talk2 Media & Events are already tasting the award-winning menu at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre – home of AIME 2020.

Curated by award-winning chef Peter Haycroft, the menu will celebrate the diversity of the region, from traditional favourites to cutting edge creations – all prepared in-house in their state-of-the art kitchen, by hand.

Ever heard of a cheese burger meat pie? Neither have I. Or, miso glazed salmon paired with fermented black bean dressing? Delicious.

If that’s not enough to tickle your taste buds, the team are also helping Mother Nature by reducing food miles through showcasing local Victorian produce.

Plastic is also getting the bin – they’ve banned plastic straws and removed plastic bottles from catering which will divert over 30,000 straws and 500,000 plastic bottles annually from landfill!
