These assets are approved for exhibitor use and can be downloaded directly.

Exhibitor social media sharing link

Each exhibitor receives a unique social media sharing link that includes their company logo.

This link is only generated for exhibitors who have:

• Completed their registration

• Uploaded their company logo and details in the Exhibitor Portal

The sharing link will be issued directly to the nominated stand point of contact.

If you do not have a social media sharing link

Please first confirm internally that registration has been completed and company details have been uploaded.
Follow ups regarding access should be managed by your nominated stand contact.

Canva templates

A selection of AIME branded social and banner templates will be made available exclusively within the Exhibitor Information Hub once released.

Please note:

• Stand numbers will not be pre populated

• A Canva template including a space for stand numbers will be released once stand allocations are finalised
