Visitor buyers can also upgrade their registration to include access to Knowledge Monday ($295) and the Welcome Event ($300). These events take place on Monday 9 February 2026. Visitor suppliers cannot attend these events however.

The AIME 2026 Ideas Academy on the Floor presented by Spice is held on the show floor on Tuesday 10 and Wednesday 11 February 2026.

The program will offer you the opportunity to discover the latest event trends and insights, ready for you to take away to increase your event experience.

The sessions are open to all event attendees.

The agenda will be published in December 2025.

Knowledge Monday

Monday 9 February, MCEC - $295

Attracting 1500+ attendees, Knowledge Monday features three inspirational keynote sessions and a global insights and business outlook panel discussion in the plenary session. Attendees then break out into streamed sessions in the afternoon.

Welcome Event

Monday 9 February 2026, venue to be revealed in 2026 - $300

The Welcome Event is a legendary part of the AIME experience. The Welcome Event features entertainment, great food and drink and the opportunity for our buyers and exhibitors to meet.
