Visitor buyers can also upgrade their registration to include access to the Knowledge Program and Welcome Event. These events take place on Monday 10 February 2025. Visitor suppliers cannot attend these events however.

AIME 2024 exhibition fly-through

The AIME Ideas Academy presented by Spice is held on the show floor on Tuesday 11 and Wednesday 12 February 2025.

The program will offer you the opportunity to discover the latest event trends and insights, ready for you to take away to increase your event experience.

Access to The AIME Ideas Academy presented by Spice is open to all event attendees.

A full agenda will be finalised in mid-November 2024.

Knowledge Program

Monday 10 February, MCEC - 10.00am - 5.15pm

The Knowledge Program features two inspirational keynote sessions in the plenary session. Attendees then break out into streamed sessions in the afternoon. Lunch and afternoon tea are provided. A full program can be viewed here.

Welcome Event

Monday 10 February, venue TBA - 7.00pm - 10.00pm

The Welcome Event is a legendary part of the AIME experience. Taking place at a unique venue which will be announced in late 2024. The Welcome Event features entertainment, great food and drink and the opportunity for our buyers and exhibitors to meet.
