AIME - Where the business events world meets in Asia Pacific

AIME is Asia Pacific’s largest and longest running business events exhibition and learning platform. It connects a global community of business event professionals with industry suppliers.

AIME 2026 will play host to 20,000 meetings between exhibitors and buyers. We pride ourselves on the quality of these meetings, we use a seamless blend of human expertise and cutting-edge artificial intelligence to accurately match exhibitors and buyers. 

We are an UFI approved event and our attendee figures are audited by AMAA, with over 4,500 attendees at AIME 2025.

Asia-Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME) is owned by Melbourne Convention Bureau (MCB) and managed by Talk2 Media & Events. Our Venue Partner is the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre (MCEC).
