The Knowledge Program takes place the day before the two-day trade exhibition commences.

The Knowledge Program is curated in partnership with BEAMexperience and our Knowledge Program Committee. The Knowledge Program is included in the hosted buyer package, exhibitors receive two passes, and visitor buyers may upgrade their badge to attend. It is not open to visitor suppliers.

Following on from the Knowledge Program, the legendary AIME Welcome Event brings together hosted buyers, exhibitors, media and upgraded visitor buyers over great food and drink.

Like the Knowledge Program, the Welcome Event is included in the hosted buyer package, exhibitors receive two passes, and visitor buyers may upgrade their badge to attend. It is not open to visitor suppliers.

Registration will open in Q4 2025.

Held on the AIME show floor, the AIME Ideas Academy presented by Spice will bring you practical sessions that you can use to enhance your event experience. The Ideas Academy program is open to all attendees.
