COVID-19 Health Declaration

It is a condition of entry into the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre (MCEC) that all entrants (including visitors, exhibitors, contractors, and employees) comply with the latest public health advise and coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions.

This health declaration must be completed prior to attending the Asia-Pacific Incentives & Meetings Event (AIME).

We remind you that by completing this declaration you are agreeing to abide by the health, hygiene and physical distancing measures required to keep everyone safe.

The exhibitor accepts that it is their moral responsibility to ensure that their own and others (including co-exhibitors and visitors) health and safety is not put at risk by their actions (or inactions) during the show.

  1. As per Victorian Government Open Premises Directions any persons aged 18 years and over must be fully vaccinated to attend events on-site at MCEC. All visitors, customers and contractors must prove their vaccination or exemption status to enter MCEC event spaces.
  2. For the purposes of vaccination compliance and contact tracing, all visitors are required to check-in via the Victorian Government QR Code. Download the Service Victoria App for a quicker check-in.
  3. DO NOT ENTER THE VENUE IF:
    • You are an active COVID-19 case
    • You have been in close contact with a person who is diagnosed as COVID-19 positive
    • You have any of the following symptoms, however mild: fever, chills or sweats, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, and loss of sense of smell or taste
    • If you do display any of the above symptoms, you need to get tested and quarantine at home until you receive your test results
  4. All visitors are required to undergo hand sanitisation on arrival.
  5. All visitors are required to maintain physical distancing whilst inside the venue.
  6. Face masks to be worn in-line with Victorian restrictions, unless proof of a medical exemption can be supplied.

By entering the venue and attending AIME, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures outlined in MCEC’s VenueSafe Plan. Failure to comply with these measures may result in removal from the venue.

We agree that the staff working on the stand and our contractors have read and agree they will abide by all COVID-19 regulatory information.

The AIME team appreciates your compliance and understanding.
