Hosted Day Buyers

Hosted Day Buyers receive:

• Invitation to the MCB Uncover Melbourne experience on Sunday, 18 February – showcasing hidden gems and unique event experiences
• Admission to the Knowledge Program on Monday, 19 February – including morning, afternoon tea and lunch
• Admission to the AIME Welcome Event on Monday, 19 February (evening)
• Access to the Ideas Academy which takes place on Tuesday, 20 and Wednesday, 21 February and is sure to inspire your event planning activities
• Morning, afternoon tea and lunch on Wednesday, 21 February
• Access to the Hosted Buyers Lounge
• Access to AIME’s bespoke AI powered meeting platform providing flexibility and control over your pre-scheduled appointments (PSAs)
• An open diary to schedule appointments with other exhibitors after your PSAs have been allocated
• Access to the Hosted Buyer Hub to retrieve information relevant to our special buyers in the Hosted Buyer Program

Hosted Day Buyers commit to:

• Undertaking 10 x 15-minute pre-scheduled appointments (PSAs) with exhibitors on Wednesday, 21 February
• Hosted Day buyers are welcome to attend AIME on Tuesday 20 February, however the PSAs must be held on Wednesday
