Well, it’s safe to say a lot has happened since AIME 2020…

While business events and tourism journeys through its road to recovery, and we look to rebuild our spirited industry – I’m thrilled to share that your favourite informative source has returned. Like the industry, my sleuthing techniques have had to ‘pivot’ during this period as I adapt to the AIME team working from home… Still, not enough to stop me from bringing you the scoop in the lead-up to AIME 2021.

But firstly, before we kick off formalities, I would like to say how proud I am of each and every one of you. To say it’s been quite a year is to put it very lightly. Yet, the business events industry has simultaneously adapted, innovated and reinvented itself to be better than ever. Go you!

Now, down to business. As you may have heard through the grapevine, AIME will be showcasing its first hybrid model event, promising more innovative ways to create meaningful connections through its new format. Welcome to a whole new world!

We reached out to our business events community to measure the buzz and excitement for our 2021 event, with 77 percent of those surveyed already confirming attendance, either virtually or physically.
