Please note: upgrades are not available to Visitor Suppliers. All Visitor Buyer registrations will be reviewed to ensure applicants are active event planners with purchasing authority.

Visitor Suppliers are those who provide products or services to the business events industry. Your Visitor Supplier pass includes access to:

• Full access to the exhibition floor during all show hours

• Entry to feature areas and activation zones

• Participate in networking opportunities on the show floor

• Access to education sessions held on the show floor

Starting in 2027, suppliers who choose not to exhibit but wish to attend AIME will be able to purchase a Visitor Supplier Pass. This pass provides full access to the show floor and all feature areas throughout the event, enabling valuable networking and business development opportunities. The Visitor Supplier Pass represents exceptional value providing access to thousands of industry professionals and the latest innovations.
