What will you do?

Event operations stream:

• Work alongside the AIME Event Coordinators.

• Assist with registration and badge scanning.

• Be the go-to support person for attendees regarding the AIME App.

• Help with distributing marketing materials.

• Assist in coordinating activities on the show floor.

• Shadow the team to see how the events industry works.

Social media & marketing stream:

• Work alongside the AIME Marketing team.
• Attend an online pre-event briefing to introduce you to event marketing and social media.
• Capturing and generating content for the AIME social media accounts and website.
• Assist with media activities.

After completing this program, you will be endorsed by AIME during your employment search process with some of our exhibitors already interested in offering potential future work to stand-out participants of our program. 

Participants will need to have their own laptop and smart phone device to be involved.
