AIME Bali Trip. Terms and Conditions
1. Standard terms
1.1 Information on how to enter and the prize forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 The Promoter is Talk 2 Media & Events Pty Ltd (ABN 87 609 797 408) of Level 14, 380 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia ("Promoter").
1.3 The AIME 2027 Hosted Buyer Bali Prize Draw ("Competition") is a trade promotion lottery conducted to promote AIME 2027. It is a game of chance.
1.4 The Competition is free to enter. No purchase or entry fee is required.
1.5 If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional material, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
1.6 Promotional material for the Competition will direct entrants to these Terms and Conditions, which set out all conditions of entry. Where space allows, promotional material will state that qualifying buyers must attend AIME 2027 in person on Draw Day to enter and must be present at the draw to win. The full claim process, including the 1-minute Claim Window, is set out in clause 5.
1.7 The Competition is promoted by social media and email. The official Competition page, including the full Terms and Conditions, is at aime.com.au/bali-comp ("Competition Page"). The Competition Page is the authoritative source of Competition information.
1.8 In these Terms and Conditions, "The St. Regis Bali" means The St. Regis Bali Resort, and "The Laguna" means The Laguna, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Bali.
2. Who can enter2.1 Entry is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:
- are aged 18 or over;
- are a resident of an Eligible Country and state (clause 2.2);
- have submitted a Hosted Buyer Application for AIME 2027 as a Fully Hosted, Semi-Hosted, Day Buyer or Diamond by 11:59 PM AEDT on 31 October 2026 ("Qualifying Deadline"), and whose attendance the Promoter has confirmed in writing by 13 November 2026; and
- are in attendance at AIME 2027 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) on Draw Day (clause 3.1).
2.2 The Eligible Countries are Australia and New Zealand. Residents of South Australia, the Northern Territory and the Australian Capital Territory are not eligible to enter. Residents of any other country are not eligible to enter.
2.3 The Competition is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2.4 Employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter, The St. Regis Bali, The Laguna, any airline or travel agent used to book the prize flights, and any agency involved in the Competition, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. Immediate family means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child or sibling, whether by blood, marriage or adoption.
2.5 Each entrant is responsible for ensuring that accepting the prize complies with their employer's gift, hospitality, anti-bribery and conflict of interest policies and any law that applies to them. The Promoter may request written confirmation of this before awarding the prize. If the drawn entrant cannot accept the prize for these reasons, clause 5.4 applies.
2.6 Hosted Buyer Applications are assessed under the AIME Hosted Buyer Program criteria at https://aime.com.au/buyer independently of the Competition. Approval of an application is not an entry into the Competition.
2.7 Hosted Buyer Applications submitted before 1 October 2026 are eligible, provided the applicant meets every condition in clause 2.1.
3. How to enter3.1 The Competition has two stages. Buyers qualify by meeting clause 2.1, including submitting a Hosted Buyer Application between 1 October 2026 and the Qualifying Deadline, or before 1 October 2026 under clause 2.7. Qualifying buyers then enter in person on 17 February 2027 ("Draw Day"). Entries open at 8:00 AM AEDT and close at 11:00 AM AEDT on Draw Day ("Entry Period").
3.2 To enter, an eligible individual must attend the Hosted Buyer Lounge nominated by the Promoter (the 'Draw Lounge') at MCEC during the Entry Period and have their AIME 2027 badge scanned by Promoter staff. Entry and the draw take place on the same day and at the same place.
3.3 Each eligible individual may enter once. Only the badge holder may enter, in person. Badges cannot be scanned on behalf of another person.
3.4 There is no other method of entry. Submitting or holding an approved Hosted Buyer Application does not by itself create an entry.
3.5 The Promoter may disqualify any entry that is made using another person's badge, is fraudulent, or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process. If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter will determine their identity, acting reasonably.
3.6 If badge scanning is unavailable during the Entry Period, the Promoter may record entries manually at the entry location by name, company name, and buyer type on a Promoter entry sheet.
3.7 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, defect or failure in the badge scanning or entry process, or for unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
3.8 The Promoter will publish the location of the Draw Lounge on the Competition Page by 15 February 2027, and it will be signposted at AIME on Draw Day.

| Component | Description | Qty | RRP (AUD) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Return flights | Economy class return flights for two adults from the international airport closest to the winner's residence in Australia or New Zealand to Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS), Bali, booked by the Promoter. |
2 | Up to 2,000 in total (clause 4.9) |

| Property 2 stay | Three (3) consecutive nights in one room (category as specified on the voucher) at The Laguna, including breakfast for two, immediately following the St. Regis stay | 1 | 2,500 |
| Total prize value | Up to 9,000 |
4.2 Prize values are the recommended retail value in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST, as at 1 October 2026. The actual value may vary at the time of booking or travel. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in value, and no compensation is payable for any difference.
4.3 Travel conditions:
- The accommodation vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. All travel, including flights, must be booked and completed before the vouchers expire, subject to availability at the time of booking. Unused vouchers are forfeited on expiry.
- Each accommodation voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking. Blackout dates may apply at the resort's discretion. Advance reservation is required, and the voucher must be presented at the time of booking.
- The winner and one companion aged 18 or over must travel together on the same flights and dates and share the same room at each property.
- The winner and companion are responsible for holding passports valid for travel to Indonesia and for meeting any visa, vaccination and other entry requirements.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended but is not a condition of accepting the prize.
4.4 The prize includes only the accommodation and flights described in clause 4.1. All other costs are the winner's responsibility, including passports, visas (including any visa on arrival), entry fees and tourist levies, vaccinations, travel insurance, travel to and from the departure airport, airport and between-hotel transfers in Bali, meals other than breakfast, spending money, and incidental or in-room charges. The winner may be required to present a credit card at check-in to cover incidental charges.
4.5 The prize is a single package for the winner and their companion and cannot be split into separate components. It is not transferable, not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Any unused part of the prize is forfeited.
4.6 If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute it with a prize component of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable law.
4.7 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications of the prize. Winners should seek their own independent financial advice on any tax payable on receipt of the prize.
4.8 The accommodation is provided by The St. Regis Bali and The Laguna, and the flights are booked by the Promoter. Each prize component is subject to the relevant provider's terms and booking conditions, and air travel is subject to the operating airline's conditions of carriage.
4.9 The flight component is capped at AUD 2,000 in total for both travellers. The Promoter will offer the winner flight options within the cap on available dates within the travel window. If the winner chooses flights, dates, a departure point, upgrades, stopovers or routing that cost more than the cap, the winner must pay the difference before booking. The prize value cannot be used to upgrade tickets. If the winner chooses not to use the flights, or the full cap is not used, no cash, refund or travel credit will be given for the difference. Tickets are non-transferable once issued.
4.10 Any changes the winner requests after booking, including flight, date or itinerary changes and upgrades, may incur extra costs, which the winner must pay.
5. Draw, claim and redraw5.1 The draw will take place in the Draw Lounge, MCEC, at 1:00 PM AEDT on Draw Day, after the Entry Period closes. The winner will be selected at random via a draw from all valid entries.
5.2 Because entry and the draw take place on the same day and at the same place, the drawn entrant must be present at the draw to win.
5.3 The drawn entrant must present their AIME 2027 badge and photo ID to Promoter staff at the Draw Lounge within 1 minute of their name being announced ("Claim Window").
5.4 If the drawn entrant does not present themselves within the Claim Window, is found to be ineligible, or cannot accept the prize under clause 2.5, their entry is invalid and they forfeit all rights to the prize. The Promoter will immediately conduct a redraw at the same place and in the same manner from the remaining valid entries, with a new 1-minute Claim Window for each drawn entrant. Redraws continue until a drawn entrant who is present claims the prize.
5.5 If there is a dispute about the conduct of the Competition or a prize claim, the Promoter will first try to resolve it in direct consultation with the entrant. If it cannot be resolved, the Promoter's decision, acting reasonably, is final, subject to applicable law.
5.6 The Promoter will take reasonable steps to ensure each announcement can be clearly heard and seen throughout the Draw Lounge. If a technical failure prevents an announcement from being heard, the Claim Window for that draw restarts once the issue is fixed.
5.7 The Promoter will keep a record of the draw and every redraw, including the time each entrant was drawn and the time the prize was claimed, for 12 months.
6. Notification, publication and prize delivery6.1 The winner will be confirmed in writing to the email address on their Hosted Buyer Application within 3 business days of Draw Day.
6.2 Before the prize is booked, the Promoter may require the winner to provide photo ID, proof of residence and any other evidence of eligibility.
6.3 The Promoter will issue written prize confirmation, including booking instructions, within 28 days of Draw Day.
6.4 The winner's first initial, surname and state or country of residence will be published on the Competition Page from 24 February 2027, within 5 business days of Draw Day for at least 28 consecutive days.
7. Privacy7.1 The Promoter collects entrants' personal information (name, organisation, email address, country of residence and badge details) to conduct the Competition, verify eligibility, notify and publish the winner, and deliver the prize. Entrants who do not provide this information cannot enter.
7.2 The Promoter may disclose entrants' personal information to its contractors and service providers, to The St. Regis Bali, The Laguna and any airline or travel agent used to book the prize, to State and Territory lottery regulators as required by law, and otherwise as required by law. This may include disclosure to organisations outside Australia, including in Indonesia and New Zealand. Personal information may be stored or processed in Australia and Indonesia.

Entrants also consent to receiving emails from the Promoter that relate primarily to the conduct of the Competition, which may not include an unsubscribe facility.
7.4 The Promoter handles personal information in line with its Privacy Policy at https://aime.com.au/privacy. Entrants can request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting aime.buyers@talk2.media. New Zealand entrants also have rights under the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).
8. Publicity, liability and general8.1 By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the Promoter using their name, organisation, country of residence and photographs taken at the draw to publicise the Competition and AIME for 12 months, except where prohibited by law.
8.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, The St. Regis Bali and The Laguna are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from the Competition or the prize, including any delay or failure by a third party to provide any part of the prize, except where caused by their negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, the Fair Trading Act 1986 (NZ) or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
8.3 If the Competition cannot run as planned for reasons outside the Promoter's control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to any applicable law and any direction from a relevant regulator.
8.4 The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn or any other social media platform. Entrants release each platform from all liability relating to the Competition.
8.5 If the Promoter does not enforce any of its rights at any time, that does not waive those rights.
9. Governing law9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
