ABOUT LEANNE
Leanne Zeid is a well-respected business events industry expert and advisor, holding key senior management roles over several decades in event management, destination marketing, tourism and hospitality.
Her career has gone full circle returning to hotels 5 years ago when she joined IHG Hotels & Resorts. In her current role as Director of Groups and Meetings, Leanne manages a portfolio of global accounts planning both domestic and international events and supports the groups and meetings strategy and sales activations for the Australasia region.
She is involved in several industry associations as an advisor, mentor and awards judge and has personally received her own industry accolades being awarded National Meetings and Event Professional of the Year and National Business Development Person of the Year.
