AIPC @ AIME 2026 - 1.00pm-6.00pm, Wednesday 11 February 2026 | MCEC

Following on from the success of the inaugural AIPC @ AIME in 2025, AIME and AIPC are partnering to deliver a focused summit for convention and exhibition centres. Open to all centres, the forum will be held on day two of the AIME 2026 trade show. AIPC membership is not required.

Built around connection, community, commerce, and knowledge, the summit will allow attendees to connect, learn, and share knowledge. It will address shared priorities across the APAC venue landscape, including changing customer behaviour, rapidly evolving technology, and talent attraction and retention, all through practical discussion and peer exchange.

Cost: Free for all convention centres - complete the form on this page to confirm your participation in AIPC @ AIME 2026. Your badge will also give you access to the AIME 2026 trade show which takes place on Tuesday 10 (8.30am-6pm) and Wednesday 11 (8.30am-5pm) February.
