Matt has more than 30 years’ collective experience in the media and events industries in the UK, Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.

Prior to forming Talk2 Media & Events, Matt built his career in media. Firstly in sales and then moving in to general management. He has a been a publisher of a weekly newspaper, launched and run a custom publishing business, been Managing Director of some of the largest weekly magazine titles in Australia and worked in TV content and production.

At the heart of Matt’s experience is the ability to bring creative content and commercial opportunity together. All of Talk2 Media & Event’s events are specifically designed to bring relevant buyers together with relevant sellers in exhibitions that reflect the industries they serve.

Matt is past chair of the Exhibition & Event Association of Australasia (EEAA).

Today, Matt is proud to be a board member of NextSense formerly Royal Institute for Deaf & Blind Children (RIDBC) who thanks to the support of the community, are Australia’s largest non-government provider of services in this field.
