Daniel “Fuzz” Walker is a decorated former United States Air Force F-22 Raptor Mission Commander turned keynote speaker and lead consultant with Afterburner. With over 1,300 combined training and combat missions, Daniel brings a wealth of experience, leadership, and tenacity to every engagement.

Walker spent his Air Force career as a fighter pilot, piloting the T-6, T-38, F-16, and F-22. During the course of his service, he has led various units, including the Alaskan Northern Aerospace Defense Region’s F-22 Combat Alert Cell. He is also one of six winners of the 2020 United States Air Force Academy’s Young Alumni Excellence Award.

Having spent the last 15 years as a fighter pilot, Daniel honed the Flawless Execution methodology, utilising it to lead large teams in combat and train new airmen. His ability to adapt and excel in rapidly changing, challenging environments has translated seamlessly to his work with top-tier organizations like Google, Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, and Brookfield; helping them develop and accelerate their leadership and followership programs.
