Kate Atkinson has an extensive career in hospitality, specialising in Sales, Marketing, Revenue and Distribution. As RVP Sales and Marketing, she is responsible for Hyatt Hotels in Australia, New Zealand and Indonesia.

In her role, Kate supports the Sales, Marketing, Revenue and Distribution functions of the 24 hotels in the region, as well as overseeing the Global Sales Office, Digital and Field Marketing team and the Global Contact Centre.
Prior to this role, Kate was RVP Sales Operations for South East Asia and Australia supporting sales and revenue growth as well as the transition of the Alila brand into the Hyatt portfolio.
With over 20 years’ experience at Hyatt Hotels, Kate has held various sales and marketing regional and on property leadership roles both in Australia and the USA.

Prior to joining Hyatt, Kate worked in operations for Mirvac Hotels as Hotel Manager of Quay West Melbourne and opening Hotel Manager of Hotel Lindrum.
