Lisa Kelliher

Head of People & Culture, Be Challenged

Currently the Head of People and Culture, Head of Business Support and Educational Consultant for Be Challenged, Lisa Kelliher has had a career firmly embedded in educational leadership.

Her master’s degree in arts and education, coupled with rich career experiences, translated into leadership roles at a number of Independent Schools in NSW, where she specialised in the development of a range of professional development modules for the staff, students and parents of these schools.
This, coupled with her experience in Registration and Accreditation for the New South Wales Education Standards Authority has engendered within Lisa a great passion for the development of learning and development opportunities which enhance the synergy of teams while prioritising the well-being of employees. Lisa’s experience at NESA honed her awareness of designing professional development opportunities for organisations which uphold key compliance responsibilities, and which serve to empower employees in these vital areas.
Her experience as a presenter at seminars and conferences such as The Leading Edge: Women in Education showcases Lisa’s deep appreciation of the value of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Lisa’s lecturing experiences to final year Master of Education students at The University of Sydney reflect her ability to design and develop bespoke presentations for participants of a range of contexts.
