Melissa has been a part of the business events industry for 15 years and has an in-depth understanding of project management, client relations and event operations. She is the head of conference operations at Arinex with a strategic, collaborative and teamwork mindset. Melissa is an invaluable asset to the wider Arinex management team and is also very well regarded by clients to support the vision and objectives of their conference planning and delivery. In May 2019, Melissa won National Event Manager of the Year (PCO) and Platinum Individual submission at the Meetings and Events Australia (MEA) Awards for 2018. Melissa is also the chair of the Arinex internal team, the CIA (Connecting and Inspiring Architects) which focuses on the culture of Arinex and wellbeing of all employees.
